L'Ecole Chenin Blanc

This complex Chenin Blanc featuring an old school on the label shows expressive citrus and stone fruit aromatics, with blood orange, Meyer lemon, and white peach notes, offset by crisp pear and quince aromas. In the mouth, tropical flavors of gooseberry, kiwi, guava, and starfruit permeate through a vibrant finish.   The ABCs of pairing lead us right to dark chocolate liberally sprinkled with tangerine juice and date nut powdered essence and sumac. Mouthwatering perfection.
