In 2015, we proudly inaugurated our second store in Beachwood Place, Cleveland, swiftly followed by a franchisee venture in Kenwood Mall, Cincinnati. By 2017, our footprint expanded further with the establishment of company-owned stores in Dayton, Toledo, Strongsville, and Canton, affirming our commitment to serving communities across the state.

The year 2018 marked a pivotal moment as we ventured beyond Ohio's borders, with Tysons Corner in Virginia becoming our inaugural out-of-state mall location. This momentum continued into 2019, with the unveiling of stores in Bethesda and Wilmington, NC, signaling our ambition to captivate audiences nationwide.

Despite the evolving landscape of retail, including the rise of online shopping impacting mall foot traffic, our dedication to delivering unparalleled experiences remained steadfast. The realization dawned during the holiday season of 2019 that the soaring rents in malls no longer aligned with traffic patterns, prompting a strategic decision to recalibrate our approach.

Enter 2020, a year fraught with unprecedented challenges as the onset of the global pandemic forced the closure of malls nationwide. Undeterred, Bliss pivoted operations to our production studio in downtown Columbus, focusing on local delivery and expanding our reach to 10 states. In October 2022, an exciting opportunity arose to establish a retail boutique in Easton Town Center, a thriving hub of commerce and culture. This expansion was accompanied by the acquisition of a tasting permit and the introduction of a charming patio space, enriching the retail experience for our patrons. Nestled within the mall, our boutique stands as a beacon of sophistication, offering a curated selection of specialty wines and chocolates.
