Hagafen Cellars x Bliss in a Bottle
Bliss in a Bottle is pleased to be partnering with Hagafen Cellars, located in the Napa Valley, California. The winery was founded in 1979 and is owned and operated by Irit and Ernie Weir, and is under Kosher supervision through the Orthodox Union (alongside Bliss in a Bottle!). Through this partnership, four of Hagafen’s award-winning wines are to be paired and dipped with our chocolate and available for purchase! The wines offered are as follows: 2017 Hagafen Sweet Riesling, 2018 Hagafen Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017 Hagafen Brut Cuvee, and 2009 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc. Click here to purchase!
The 2017 Hagafen Sweet Riesling has tropical fruit notes and is the perfect companion to its pairing of pareve Belgian chocolate, rich dried coconut and tangerine powder. The next wine on the list is the 2018 Hagafen Cabernet Sauvignon. It has been paired with pareve Belgian dark chocolate, strawberry candy crush, peanut butter powder and gold flecked dark chocolate drizzle.
An ode to PB&J for the foodie, the 2009 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc is our third collaboration offering. This beautiful dessert wine has been paired with pareve Belgian dark chocolate with date essence and cinnamon. All wrapped up with a dark chocolate drizzle, with gold and silver shimmers. Finally, we have the 2017 Hagafen Napa Valley Brut Cuvee Sparkling Wine. This wine has been tastefully paired with the same Callebaut Belgian chocolate with strawberry crush and pink shimmer.
These wines are available to ship to ALL states, with the following exceptions: Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Nebraska, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia
We hope our customers love these delicious (and kosher!) pairings as much as we do!
